Shipping & Return policy
When do you ship?
All orders are shipped out within 24 to 72 hours after the order is placed. Exceptions apply if a product is out of stock or is on backorder, which will you be notified of on the product page, cart page and on your confirmation email. If you buy a product on backorder, it can take longer than the usual shipping time, if you are not sure if you placed an order on backorder, please send us an email: email@example.com
When will i receive my order?
Orders that need to be shipped within Europe will usually take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.
For international shipping, it can take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days until you receive your order. We cannot guarantee that your package will be received within the given periods, so please wait patiently for your package to arrive.
If you selected and paid for expedited shipping your order has been shipped with the fastest method possible. The days mentioned on the checkout page are business days so not accounting weekends or holidays. Those days start when your order has been marked completed. All orders will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Also, keep in mind that international packages may subject to additional fees for customs or duty charges.
Please check your laws and import regulations before placing an order with our website. No refunds will be issued for international orders that are held, denied by customs, lost during shipping or for orders that have an incorrect address that was entered during checkout process. Once international orders leave the facility Sarms4You will not be responsible for the shipment.
If your package does end up getting returned to us we will issue a refund for the products minus the shipping costs. If there are any issues during the shipment please contact your local customs. International shipments can take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days. The expected date is not guaranteed.
Tracking my package
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your order details and track and trace code. Keep in mind that there could be a small delay until the tracking number gets generated.
We do not insure against loss of your package or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Also make sure to check your country’s customs to make sure the items you are buying are legal for import.
Return Policy Conditions
If you are not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling. You can only return items that have been unopened and sealed. For all returns we give you a 14 day period to send us your returns. This 14-day window starts when the shipping carrier marks the item as delivered. After requesting a return, our customer support staff will contact you with return instructions. You must ship your return within 5 days of receiving these instructions. Sending an opened/used package back to us will not results in a refund. We can only issue a refund when we receive the package back at the warehouse. When we received the package at our warehouse, we will let you know trough your email.
